TERMS AND CONDITIONS 1. APPLICATON OF CONDITIONS. All sales of products (the Product) are made pursuant to the terms and conditions herein and all orders are received with the understanding that they are placed under those terms and conditions. 2. PRICES. Prices are subject to change without notice. All orders are accepted subject to the price in effect at the time of ordering. 3. PAYMENT. The Client shall make payment to TheDoctor Ltd in the manner set forth herein. All payments are in advance, this can be online or by cheque. More information is available by clicking here 4. RISK OF LOSS. All risk of loss or damage to any Products shall pass from TheDoctor Ltd to the Client upon delivery of such Products to the designated address by the Client. All Products are sent by Royal Mail recorded delivery. 5. CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS. Should the Client desire to cancel, revise or suspend this order for reasons beyond the Clients control, TheDoctor Ltd shall discuss the matter promptly with the Client and the parties shall do all possible to make a mutually satisfactory agreement. In most cases where the Product has been opened, the Client will be informed of charges incurred.
